Payday Super Checker is operated by the owner of Payday Super Checker (Melbourne, Australia) ("we", "us"). Contact: hi@paydaysupercheck.com.au. This policy explains what we collect, who we share it with and how to contact us.

The calculators

The calculators run in your browser. We don't keep the figures you enter. After you calculate, they are added to the end of the page address, after a # sign, so you can copy a link to your result. Browsers don't send that part of an address to any website, so the figures are not sent to us when you calculate or open a results link. The address is kept in your browser's history, and this site tells browsers not to send page addresses to any other site (no referrer).

If you use the site without JavaScript, the figures pass through our server to show the result and aren't saved by us, though our hosting provider may record that address in its standard request logs. The same applies if you open an older results link that has the figures after a ? sign. The result page is marked so it is not cached.

We count page views, calculator runs and button clicks in aggregate (page, event and day only). We do not use cookies for this and do not store your IP address with these counts. The count records only the page's path, never the numbers you enter. Separately, our site analytics (described under Analytics below) record visits in more detail, including your IP address. They also record only the page's path, never the numbers you enter or anything after a ? or # in the address.

What we collect

Early-access email. If you join an early-access list, we store your email address, the plan you picked, the number of ABNs you chose (if any), whether you ticked that you'd like SMS reminders when available (we don't collect a phone number and send no SMS), the consent wording you agreed to and when, and which page or link you came from. We use it only to email you when that plan opens. Paid plans are not available yet and no payment is taken.

We also log a few anonymous events (a check completed, the long service leave calculator used, an early-access button clicked or a sign-up) with the page, the referring site and the time. These records contain no name, email, IP address or calculator values.

Specialist referral form (when it's switched on). The referral form is switched off. When it is on, it collects your name, email, phone (optional) and postcode, the calculator page you used, which consent boxes you ticked, the wording and version of each consent, and when you gave it. It does not collect the figures you enter.

Apart from the optional early-access list above, this site does not collect names or contact details.

Who we share it with

We share referral form details only with the registered tax or BAS agent named on the form, and only if you tick the box agreeing to it. We don't share early-access emails with anyone, and we don't sell personal information.

We only send marketing emails if you tick the separate, optional marketing box. Each one names the sender and includes a working unsubscribe link.

Contact, access and deletion

For privacy requests, email hi@paydaysupercheck.com.au. To see the details we hold about you, correct them or have them deleted, email us from the address you used. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Analytics

When you visit Payday Super Checker we collect, for analytics only: your IP address and the approximate location worked out from it (country, region, city), your network provider, device type, operating system, browser, screen size and language, the page that referred you (including any campaign tags), the pages you view and how long you stay, and actions such as button clicks and form submissions (never what you type into a form). A random ID kept in your browser's local storage (not a cookie) lets us count return visits. This data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure, is used only to understand and improve Payday Super Checker, and is never sold or used for advertising. Raw IP addresses are deleted after 90 days; we keep only a one-way scrambled version. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal we honour it.
